01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

02 Membership Eligibility

To register and use rm88's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must register and use the platform voluntarily in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must reside in a territory where the use of rm88 services is not prohibited by local law.
• You are not declared bankrupt and are not subject to any debt management proceedings that restrict your personal financial activities.
• You are not included on any prohibition list established by relevant regulatory bodies.

Rm88 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and request supporting documents such as your national ID, passport, or other relevant documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Registration & KYC

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) rm88 account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and any other required details. rm88 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information you provide.

Identity Verification (KYC) is mandatory for all members before the first withdrawal request can be processed. Documents that may be required include:

• A clear and current copy of your MyKad national identity card
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement from the last 3 months)
• Additional documents as required on a case-by-case review basis

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. rm88 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your login credentials.

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

Rm88 accepts deposits via a variety of supported payment methods, including online bank transfers, local Malaysia e-wallets, and other digital methods listed on the platform. The list of available payment methods is subject to change from time to time.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by selected payment method. Current deposit limit details can be found in the deposits section of the rm88 platform. All deposits must be made using a method registered in your own name — rm88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

• All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once processed.
• Rm88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• Deposits made via unrecognised methods will be returned after deducting any applicable administrative costs.
• Rm88 reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits suspected of originating from unauthorised sources.

05 Withdrawal of Winnings

Winning withdrawals at rm88 are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to fulfilled KYC requirements. If the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, rm88 reserves the right to redirect the withdrawal to a verified alternative method.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits and processing times are as follows:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for most methods
• Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 24 hours after the request is submitted
• Large withdrawals (exceeding a specified limit) may be subject to additional review taking up to 3 business days

Before the first withdrawal, the KYC process must be fully completed. Any bonus or promotional credit that has not yet met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn. Real money (non-bonus funds) may be withdrawn at any time subject to applicable limits and requirements.

06 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

All bonuses and promotions offered by rm88 are subject to their respective specific terms and conditions, as stated on the Promotions. Promotion-specific terms supplement these General Terms and must be read together with them.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per individual, household, IP address, phone number, or shared payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Rm88 reserves the right to void bonus claims suspected of involving fraud, abuse, or attempts to manipulate the promotions system.
• Rollover requirements must be met within the stated bonus validity period — expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Winnings generated from free spins are subject to separate rollover requirements unless otherwise stated.
• Rm88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

07 General Game Rules

All games available on rm88 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent certification body, ensuring that every game outcome is fully random and cannot be manipulated.

Rm88 is not liable for any technical disruptions occurring during a game session. In the event of a system interruption while a game is in progress, rm88 will endeavour to restore the game to its last known state. If restoration is not possible, rm88 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the wager to the player.

• Game results recorded by the rm88 server are final and override what is displayed on the player's device in the event of any discrepancy.
• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection while playing.
• Rm88 is not liable for wins that cannot be credited due to connection disruptions on the player's end.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the rm88 platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts under the same name or another person's name
• Use of automated software or scripts (bots) to play or claim bonuses
• Collusion with other players to exploit the gaming system or promotions
• Use of funds obtained unlawfully or through illegal activities
• Attempts to hack, breach, or disrupt the security of the rm88 platform
• Providing false personal information or falsifying KYC documents
• Any form of money laundering conducted through the rm88 platform

09 Account Suspension & Closure

Rm88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for reasons deemed reasonable, including but not limited to breaches of these Terms, suspected fraud, or at the request of a competent authority.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the rm88 support team. Before the account closure is processed, all applicable rollover requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible balance withdrawal will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, all credit balances including bonuses and bonus winnings may be forfeited and will not be returned. rm88's decision in this matter is final.

10 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Rm88 provides its platform and services "as is" and makes no express or implied warranties regarding technical errors, service unavailability, or data loss occurring beyond rm88's control.

Rm88's total liability to any member in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by the member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Rm88 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses suffered by members in connection with the use of the platform, including loss of anticipated profits.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

Rm88 is committed to protecting the personal information of all its members. All personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with Privacy Policy rm88, which forms part of these Terms.

Rm88 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all communications and data transactions between your device and rm88 servers. Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent, except as required for service delivery or by law.

12 Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

Rm88 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to members via email or an in-platform notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are subject to applicable law. Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while all other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
